Good to know before you book
Quick answers to the questions we hear most — and we are always a call away.
What ID do I need to bring?
A current, unexpired, government-issued photo ID such as a driver license, state ID, passport, or military ID. Your ID must match the name on the document being signed.
Do you really come to me?
Yes. Our mobile notary travels throughout New York City to your home, office, hospital, or another agreed location. A travel fee applies and is earned once we depart for the appointment.
Is remote online notarization legal?
Yes. Remote Online Notarization (RON) uses secure video, identity verification, and credential analysis. You will need a device with a camera, a stable internet connection, and valid ID.
Can you handle I-9 verification for my company?
Yes. We act as an Authorized Representative for Form I-9 for both employers and individual employees, with the capacity to handle high volumes. We do not determine employment eligibility or provide immigration advice.
Do you offer apostille services?
Yes. We facilitate apostille and authentication. Government processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
How do I pay and book?
Book online in under a minute or call (347) 762-0262. Most appointments are confirmed the same day.
