Yes, if the document requires notarization and all legal requirements for notarization are met.

Do you pay the recording fees?

Government recording fees and taxes are paid by the client and are separate from our service fee.

What documents should I bring?

Depending on the filing, you may need your signed document, supporting documents, property information, required tax forms, and a government-issued ID (if notarization is needed). We will tell you exactly what is required before your appointment.
