Can you notarize my deed?Yes, if the document requires notarization and all legal requirements for notarization are met.
Do you pay the recording fees?Government recording fees and taxes are paid by the client and are separate from our service fee.
What documents should I bring?Depending on the filing, you may need your signed document, supporting documents, property information, required tax forms, and a government-issued ID (if notarization is needed). We will tell you exactly what is required before your appointment.
Can you record documents without notarization?Yes. If your documents are already properly executed and do not require notarization, we offer recording-only service.
Government fees
Our service fee covers our professional administrative and notarial services only. The following are not included and are paid separately by the client when applicable: NYC recording fees, New York State filing fees, transfer taxes, mortgage recording tax, and other government-imposed fees. We will provide an estimate of applicable government fees before submitting your documents whenever possible.
