Service Requirements:
- Appointments must be booked or scheduled in advanceโwalk-ins are not guaranteed.
- All services must take place between 10:00 AM โ 6:00 PM.
- Each signer must present a valid, government-issued ID.
- The complete document and any related instructions must be provided to ensure proper service.
- Full payment is required at the time of your appointment.
After-Hours Service:
Must be scheduled separately and in advance.
Important Notes:
- All signers must be present with a valid, unexpired government-issued ID.
- All pages of the document must be provided and completed to proceed.
- Any additional service fees must be paid before service is finalized.
- This service does not cover documents requiring notarized seals such as Wills, Power of Attorney, or contract-related documents.
- This is a non-refundable service, but it may be rescheduled or transferred to a friend.
- Missed appointments are non-refundable. Please call to reschedule.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee.

A $5 BOOKING DEPOSIT (NON-REFUNDABLE) is required to secure your appointment.
- The $5 will be credited toward your final balance at the appointment.
- The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.
Purpose of the deposit: This small deposit helps confirm attendance and keeps the schedule fair for all clients.
Rescheduling & Missed Appointments
- If you miss your appointment, you may reschedule (subject to availability) within 14 days of your original appointment date.
- Reschedules must occur no later than two weeks from the original appointment; after that window, the deposit is forfeited and youโll need to book a new appointment with a new deposit.
- Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after that, you may be marked as a no-show and this will be treated as a missed appointment under the policy above.
Cancellations
- You may cancel at any time; however, the $5 deposit remains NON-REFUNDABLE.
- If you plan not to attend, please cancel so the slot can be released.
Balance & Payments
- Your remaining balance is due at the appointment and will reflect the $5 credit from your deposit.
- Accepted payment methods will be provided in your confirmation message; payment must be completed at the time of service.
What to Bring / Prepare (Notary & ID Requirements)
- A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID.
- Unsigned documents (do not sign in advance).
- Any required witnesses, if your document needs them (please confirm witness requirements beforehand).
- For remote/online sessions: a stable internet connection, a camera-enabled device, and the ability to complete identity checks if required.
Communication & Confirmations
- Youโll receive a confirmation (and reminders) after booking. Please monitor your email/text in case we need additional information.
- If you need to change details, contact us as soon as possibleโchanges are subject to availability within the two-week reschedule window.
