Reserve a same-day mobile notary appointment by placing a deposit. We’ll confirm your time, location, and what to bring — then we show up ready.

Client Requirements

• Schedule an appointment (or call ahead) before service
• All signers must provide a valid government-issued photo ID
• Documents must be presented fully with all pages and instructions
• Full payment is required at the appointment

Important Notes

• Every signer must be physically present with valid, unexpired ID
• All document pages must be included and ready for review
• Any add-on services must be paid before the appointment ends
• This service does not cover documents requiring official seals (e.g., Wills, Powers of Attorney, Contract-based forms)
• This service is non-refundable; however, you may reschedule or transfer the service to someone else.
• Missed appointments are non-refundable. Please call to arrange a new appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

• If you miss your appointment, you may reschedule (subject to availability) within 14 days of your original appointment date.
• Reschedules must occur no later than two weeks from the original appointment; after that window, the deposit is forfeited and a new booking deposit is required.
• Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after that, you may be marked as a no-show.

Cancellations

• You may cancel at any time; however, the $5 deposit remains non-refundable.
• If you plan not to attend, please cancel so the slot can be released.

Balance & Payments

• Your remaining balance is due at the appointment and reflects the $5 credit from your deposit.
• Accepted payment methods will be provided in your confirmation message; payment must be completed at time of service.

What to Bring / Prepare

• A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID.
• Unsigned documents (do not sign in advance).
• Any required witnesses, if your document needs them (please confirm witness requirements beforehand).
