Remote Notary

This service is for notary and signer(s) to interact through a secure online platform using video conferencing to verify identity and witness the signing process. This service is conducted in two parts. Part 1: Walkthrough conducted via ZOOM. Part 2: Service conducted via Electronic Service Platform (ESP).

Travel Notary

Mobile notary, is a certified notary public who travels to a client’s location to perform notarial services. Instead of requiring clients to visit an office, a travel notary provides the convenience of meeting at homes, offices, hospitals, coffee shops, or any agreed-upon location.

In Office Notary Services

Available: In Office Monday – Friday from 10am-6pm (Only)

Includes: Signer(s) Verification | Thorough Document Review | Free Correction | Access to Document Notarization- Copy-Print-Fax-Scan (not included in service, additional fees will apply).

Requirements: Signer(s) must book appointment and or call in advance in order to access service. | Signer(s) must meet in office between 10am-6pm for service completion. | Signer(s) must have valid Gov’t Issued ID. | Documents must be presented in its entirety in order for service to be completed sufficiently (ie; document instructions from document request). All service fees are to be paid at time of appointment.
