Secure your same-day mobile notary appointment for documents by placing a deposit.

Client Requirements:
- Signers must schedule an appointment or call ahead to receive service.
- All signers must provide a valid, government-issued photo ID.
- Documents must be presented fully, including any instructions from the document issuer, to ensure accurate service completion.
- Full payment is required at the time of the appointment.
Important Notes:
- Every signer must be physically present with an unexpired, valid government-issued ID.
- All document pages must be included and completed for the notarization to proceed.
- Any extra services must be paid for before the appointment ends.
- This service does not cover documents requiring official seals, such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, or Contract-based forms.
- This service is non-refundable; however, you may reschedule or transfer the service to someone else.
- Missed appointments are non-refundable. Please call to arrange a new appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee.
- Service is available 24/7, based on notary availability.
- Travel to Far Rockaway locations is included. An additional fee applies for other areas:
- $50 for Brooklyn, Manhattan, and The Bronx
- $100 for Staten Island
- For Upstate NY, Nassau, and Suffolk County, travel fees vary by distance.

A $5 BOOKING DEPOSIT (NON-REFUNDABLE) is required to secure your appointment.
- The $5 will be credited toward your final balance at the appointment.
- The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.
Purpose of the deposit: This small deposit helps confirm attendance and keeps the schedule fair for all clients.
Rescheduling & Missed Appointments
- If you miss your appointment, you may reschedule (subject to availability) within 14 days of your original appointment date.
- Reschedules must occur no later than two weeks from the original appointment; after that window, the deposit is forfeited and you’ll need to book a new appointment with a new deposit.
- Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after that, you may be marked as a no-show and this will be treated as a missed appointment under the policy above.
Cancellations
- You may cancel at any time; however, the $5 deposit remains NON-REFUNDABLE.
- If you plan not to attend, please cancel so the slot can be released.
Balance & Payments
- Your remaining balance is due at the appointment and will reflect the $5 credit from your deposit.
- Accepted payment methods will be provided in your confirmation message; payment must be completed at the time of service.
What to Bring / Prepare (Notary & ID Requirements)
- A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID.
- Unsigned documents (do not sign in advance).
- Any required witnesses, if your document needs them (please confirm witness requirements beforehand).
- For remote/online sessions: a stable internet connection, a camera-enabled device, and the ability to complete identity checks if required.
Communication & Confirmations
- You’ll receive a confirmation (and reminders) after booking. Please monitor your email/text in case we need additional information.
- If you need to change details, contact us as soon as possible—changes are subject to availability within the two-week reschedule window.
