Description:
This remote service allows notaries and signers to connect securely via video conferencing for identity verification and document signing. The process is conducted in two phases:
- Part 1: A 15–20 minute walkthrough via Zoom
- Part 2: Official notarization through a secure Electronic Service Platform (ESP), duration may vary
What’s Included:

- Signer identity and document review
- Same-day remote notarization for one or more signers and documents
- Verification of all signer(s)
- One document review and notarization
- Free in-person correction option (remote corrections will incur fees)
- Remote notarization for international signers
- Optional access to copy, print, fax, and scan services (additional fees apply)
Requirements:
- Appointments must be scheduled in advance or confirmed via phone
- Valid government-issued photo ID and U.S. Social Security Number required
- Complete documentation must be provided, including any instruction sheets
- Full payment is due at the time of the appointment
- A smartphone or computer with a functioning camera and microphone is necessary
Important Notes:
- All signers must be 18+ with a valid photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or state ID), an active U.S. Social Security Number (minimum of two years), and a valid U.S. address
- An additional service fee applies to remote notarizations conducted outside of New York State
- The confidentiality agreement must be acknowledged before service completion
- A working camera and microphone are required for all participants
- Services booked outside of regular business hours (before 9:00 AM or after 6:00 PM) will incur extra charges
- After the Zoom walkthrough, the notary will send a secure link for completing the service via ESP (platform fees apply)
- Please note: Remote notarization requires a third-party platform fee to be paid separately during your session
- Corrections are free only when done in person; remote corrections are subject to platform fees
- Missed or canceled appointments are non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed per booking
- This service is non-refundable; however, you may reschedule or transfer the service to someone else.
Peak Hour Pricing
Available After-Hours: 6:00 PM – 9:00 AM
For services requested outside of regular business hours
The following peak hour rates apply:
- 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM → $10
- 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM → $15
- 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM → $20
- 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM → $30
- 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM → $50
- 12:00 AM – 5:00 AM → $100
- 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM → $50
Note:
- Prices are in addition to standard service fees
- Availability is based on scheduling and confirmation
- Emergency or same-day requests may incur additional charges

A $5 BOOKING DEPOSIT (NON-REFUNDABLE) is required to secure your appointment.
- The $5 will be credited toward your final balance at the appointment.
- The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.
Purpose of the deposit: This small deposit helps confirm attendance and keeps the schedule fair for all clients.
Rescheduling & Missed Appointments
- If you miss your appointment, you may reschedule (subject to availability) within 14 days of your original appointment date.
- Reschedules must occur no later than two weeks from the original appointment; after that window, the deposit is forfeited and you’ll need to book a new appointment with a new deposit.
- Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after that, you may be marked as a no-show and this will be treated as a missed appointment under the policy above.
Cancellations
- You may cancel at any time; however, the $5 deposit remains NON-REFUNDABLE.
- If you plan not to attend, please cancel so the slot can be released.
Balance & Payments
- Your remaining balance is due at the appointment and will reflect the $5 credit from your deposit.
- Accepted payment methods will be provided in your confirmation message; payment must be completed at the time of service.
What to Bring / Prepare (Notary & ID Requirements)
- A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID.
- Unsigned documents (do not sign in advance).
- Any required witnesses, if your document needs them (please confirm witness requirements beforehand).
- For remote/online sessions: a stable internet connection, a camera-enabled device, and the ability to complete identity checks if required.
Communication & Confirmations
- You’ll receive a confirmation (and reminders) after booking. Please monitor your email/text in case we need additional information.
- If you need to change details, contact us as soon as possible—changes are subject to availability within the two-week reschedule window.
