This is a deposit-based Same Day Apostille service for documents intended for use outside of New York State or U.S. Territories.

A minimum 1-day advance booking is required for same-day delivery.

Exclusions

• Wills, Power of Attorney, and contract-based documents are not included
• Additional documents beyond those listed will incur individual service fees

Requirements

• Appointment must be booked or called in advance
• Valid, government-issued ID is required
• All documents must be submitted in full, including instructions
• Full payment is due at the time of your appointment

Service Breakdown

• Document review and notarization (fees vary by document type)
• County Clerk preparation — notary signature authentication
• Apostille form completion — county clerk signature
• Delivery by close of business, next day, or mailed to the requestor

Important Notes

All signers must be present with valid, unexpired ID. Incomplete or missing pages may delay or prevent service.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee.

Missed appointments are non-refundable.

This service is strictly available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–3 PM, in accordance with County Clerk and Department of Licensing hours.
