Same Day Apostille Service

Availability:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM only

Service Description:
This is a deposit-based Same Day Apostille service for documents intended for use outside of New York State or U.S. Territories.

Appointments must be scheduled at least 12 hours in advance for same-day delivery arrangements.

What’s Included:

Identity verification of the requestor(s)
Authentication of up to 4 documents
Comprehensive document review
2 complimentary printed pages
Free document corrections
Access to additional services (copy, print, fax, scan – additional fees apply)
Covers up to 2 County Clerk document service fees
Covers up to 2 Apostille document service fees
Delivery scheduled within 2–3 hours after service completion

Exclusions:

Wills, Power of Attorney, and contract-based documents are not included
Additional documents beyond those listed will incur individual service fees

Requirements:

Signer(s) must book an appointment or call in advance
A valid, government-issued ID is required
All documents must be submitted in full, including any accompanying instructions
Full payment is due at the time of your appointment

Service Breakdown:

Document Review and Notarization (fees vary depending on document type, finalized after review)
Document Preparation for County Clerk processing ($3 fee per notary signature authentication)
Apostille Form Completion ($10 fee per county clerk signature for submission to the Secretary of State)
Delivery scheduled by close of business, next day, or mailed to the requestor

Important Notes:

All signers must be present with a valid, unexpired ID
Incomplete or missing pages may delay or prevent service
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee
Missed appointments are non-refundable – please call to reschedule
This service is strictly available Monday–Friday, 9 AM–3 PM, in accordance with County Clerk and Department of Licensing hours

A $5 BOOKING DEPOSIT (NON-REFUNDABLE) is required to secure your appointment.

The $5 will be credited toward your final balance at the appointment.
The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.

Purpose of the deposit: This small deposit helps confirm attendance and keeps the schedule fair for all clients.

Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

If you miss your appointment, you may reschedule (subject to availability) within 14 days of your original appointment date.
Reschedules must occur no later than two weeks from the original appointment; after that window, the deposit is forfeited and you’ll need to book a new appointment with a new deposit.
Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after that, you may be marked as a no-show and this will be treated as a missed appointment under the policy above.

Cancellations

You may cancel at any time; however, the $5 deposit remains NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you plan not to attend, please cancel so the slot can be released.

Balance & Payments

Your remaining balance is due at the appointment and will reflect the $5 credit from your deposit.
Accepted payment methods will be provided in your confirmation message; payment must be completed at the time of service.

What to Bring / Prepare (Notary & ID Requirements)

A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID.
Unsigned documents (do not sign in advance).
Any required witnesses, if your document needs them (please confirm witness requirements beforehand).
For remote/online sessions: a stable internet connection, a camera-enabled device, and the ability to complete identity checks if required.

Communication & Confirmations

You’ll receive a confirmation (and reminders) after booking. Please monitor your email/text in case we need additional information.
If you need to change details, contact us as soon as possible—changes are subject to availability within the two-week reschedule window.
