Service Summary:
This service includes a non-refundable deposit for the preparation of a Durable Power of Attorney (POA) or Letter of Attorney—a legal document that grants someone the authority to act on behalf of another in personal, business, or legal matters. The individual granting this authority is known as the principal, donor, or grantor.

- One-hour consultation to collect ID details (in-person, via email, or Zoom)
- Pre-filled information for Principal and Agent names/addresses to ensure accuracy
- Document proof turnaround within 2–3 hours after ID verification
- One scheduled appointment per client
- Two verifications of the Principal’s signature
- Two verifications of the Agent’s signature
- Two notarized acknowledgments for all witness signatures
- Two complimentary prints
- Two free presentation folders
- PDF copy of the completed POA emailed to the client
- Optional access to printing, scanning, faxing, and copying (additional fees apply)
Service Timeline:
- 1-hour consultation to collect identification details (in-person, email, or Zoom)
- 1 to 2 hours for full service completion
- 2 verifications of the Principal’s signature
- 2 verifications of the Agent’s signature
(Additional Agents or Successors will incur extra charges)
- 2 acknowledgments for witness signatures
- Finalized POA emailed in PDF format
Requirements:
- Appointment must be booked in advance (or client must call ahead)
- All signers must have valid, unexpired government-issued ID
- Entire document must be provided, including any instructions
- All service fees are due at the time of the appointment
Important Notes:
- All signers are required to be present with valid government-issued ID
- All document pages must be complete and submitted at the time of service
- Additional service fees (if applicable) must be paid before completion
- Documents requiring legal seals (e.g., Wills, POAs, or contract-based forms) are not included in this service
- This service is non-refundable. However, clients may reschedule or transfer the service to someone else
- Missed appointments are non-refundable. Clients must call to request a new appointment
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee
- Service is strictly available between 9 AM and 9 PM, seven days a week
- Mobile appointments within Far Rockaway, NY are included. Travel fees apply for other locations:
- $50: Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, The Bronx
- $100: Staten Island
- Upstate NY, Nassau, and Suffolk: Travel fees based on distance

A $5 BOOKING DEPOSIT (NON-REFUNDABLE) is required to secure your appointment.
- The $5 will be credited toward your final balance at the appointment.
- The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.
Purpose of the deposit: This small deposit helps confirm attendance and keeps the schedule fair for all clients.
Rescheduling & Missed Appointments
- If you miss your appointment, you may reschedule (subject to availability) within 14 days of your original appointment date.
- Reschedules must occur no later than two weeks from the original appointment; after that window, the deposit is forfeited and you’ll need to book a new appointment with a new deposit.
- Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after that, you may be marked as a no-show and this will be treated as a missed appointment under the policy above.
Cancellations
- You may cancel at any time; however, the $5 deposit remains NON-REFUNDABLE.
- If you plan not to attend, please cancel so the slot can be released.
Balance & Payments
- Your remaining balance is due at the appointment and will reflect the $5 credit from your deposit.
- Accepted payment methods will be provided in your confirmation message; payment must be completed at the time of service.
What to Bring / Prepare (Notary & ID Requirements)
- A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID.
- Unsigned documents (do not sign in advance).
- Any required witnesses, if your document needs them (please confirm witness requirements beforehand).
- For remote/online sessions: a stable internet connection, a camera-enabled device, and the ability to complete identity checks if required.
Communication & Confirmations
- You’ll receive a confirmation (and reminders) after booking. Please monitor your email/text in case we need additional information.
- If you need to change details, contact us as soon as possible—changes are subject to availability within the two-week reschedule window.
