Service Overview
Offering professional marriage officiant services including:
- Same-day marriage signing (deposit required)
- Consultation on marriage and ceremony requirements
- Execution and signing of the marriage certificate
Service Structure
The service is delivered in two parts:
- Zoom Consultation – A virtual meeting to walk through the full process and discuss the order of the wedding service.
- Wedding Day – On your scheduled date at your chosen location, the officiant will perform the ceremony and complete all required paperwork.
What’s Included:
Travel to your preferred ceremony location
Signer and ID verification
Review and verification of your marriage license
Preparation of marriage paperwork to be mailed to the City Clerk
Important Requirements:
Appointments must be booked or confirmed by phone in advance
All signers must be 18 years or older
Valid government-issued photo ID required for all signers
Two witnesses must be physically present
All documents must be presented in full for the service to proceed
Marriage license must be held for at least 24 hours prior to signing
Full payment for all services is required at the time of the appointment
Pricing For Marriage Licence Signing
Marriage Licence Signing (No Ceremony): $250
Marriage Licence Signing (With Ceremony) $350
Marriage Licence Signing (Jail Ceremony) $600
Additional Notes:
Services requested outside regular business hours will incur an extra fee
Need help getting a marriage license? Assistance is available for an added fee
Witnesses can be provided for a fee if needed
An additional travel fee applies for ceremonies outside the five NYC boroughs
All signers and witnesses must be present with valid, unexpired government-issued IDs
All pages of the required documents must be complete and submitted for processing
Any additional fees must be paid prior to finalizing the service
This service is non-refundable but can be rescheduled or transferred to another person
Missed appointments are non-refundable; contact us to reschedule
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee

A $5 BOOKING DEPOSIT (NON-REFUNDABLE) is required to secure your appointment.
- The $5 will be credited toward your final balance at the appointment.
- The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.
Purpose of the deposit: This small deposit helps confirm attendance and keeps the schedule fair for all clients.
Rescheduling & Missed Appointments
- If you miss your appointment, you may reschedule (subject to availability) within 14 days of your original appointment date.
- Reschedules must occur no later than two weeks from the original appointment; after that window, the deposit is forfeited and you’ll need to book a new appointment with a new deposit.
- Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after that, you may be marked as a no-show and this will be treated as a missed appointment under the policy above.
Cancellations
- You may cancel at any time; however, the $5 deposit remains NON-REFUNDABLE.
- If you plan not to attend, please cancel so the slot can be released.
Balance & Payments
- Your remaining balance is due at the appointment and will reflect the $5 credit from your deposit.
- Accepted payment methods will be provided in your confirmation message; payment must be completed at the time of service.
What to Bring / Prepare (Notary & ID Requirements)
- A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID.
- Unsigned documents (do not sign in advance).
- Any required witnesses, if your document needs them (please confirm witness requirements beforehand).
- For remote/online sessions: a stable internet connection, a camera-enabled device, and the ability to complete identity checks if required.
Communication & Confirmations
- You’ll receive a confirmation (and reminders) after booking. Please monitor your email/text in case we need additional information.
- If you need to change details, contact us as soon as possible—changes are subject to availability within the two-week reschedule window.
